"I would like to state that on the bills you get every month it does state to make sure the alarm permit and contact information is up to date. Upon installation you do sign a form as well that states that you know you need an alarm permit and understand the instructions on how to use the equipment. The city is the one who sends out the letters to renew and requires this not Alarm companies."
